Fixing Method
1. Cut off the NSFY lead screw nut's securing tie.
2. Insert the sleeve and nut together into the machined end, pressing against the threaded end of the screw.
3. Rotate the nut along the raceway and insert it into the screw.
4. Ensure the nut is fully seated in the screw, then remove the sleeve.
NSFY End Plug Screw Nut
In end-plug recirculating nuts, the steel balls return to their original point of circulation via inverters at both ends and a return channel within the nut housing. Several turns constitute a single cycle, and a nut typically has two cycles, as shown in the diagram to the left.
This cycle allows for a larger lead and smoother rolling conditions.
End Plug Circulation
End plug lead screw nut ensures smooth and precise linear motion. Steel balls circulate through end deflectors and internal return channels, ideal for high-speed and low-noise applications.
