Beam Coupling Descriptions
- The entire beam coupling is made of 7075 aluminum alloy, which makes it particularly resistant to oil and chemicals.
- The hard aluminum alloy material ensures the low inertia, high sensitivity, long life and maintenance-free performance of the beam coupling. At the same time, the clamping beam coupling has the common characteristics of high torque rigidity and zero rotational clearance of the coupling.
- The beam coupling is a coupling composed of an integrated structure. It can perform excellent performance under low speed, high speed and high torque conditions. It is a coupling with extremely high cost performance.
Note:
When choosing a coupling, the first thing to consider is that the rated torque of the coupling needs to be greater than the rated torque of the motor used in the same equipment.

Rectangular spline and involute spline holes are optional.
Rectangular spline hole processing follows GB/T1144-2001, and involute spline hole processing follows DIN5480 5482 standard

Taper hole processing is divided into 1:5 taper hole and 1:8 taper hole.

Keyway can be processed for hole diameters of 5-95
