Beam Coupling Descriptions
- The disc coupling consists of at least one set of stainless steel carbon sheets and two coupling bodies. The spring sheet is bolted to the coupling body and generally will not loosen or cause backlash between the stainless steel spring sheet and the coupling.
- Similar to the bellows coupling, the disc flexible coupling is easy to bend when relative displacement load occurs, can withstand up to 1.5 times the misalignment at one time, and generates lower bearing loads in the servo system.
- It is divided into single-piece coupling and double-piece coupling, and the style can be selected according to the specific usage scenario.

- Spline Hole
Rectangular spline and involute spline holes are optional.
Rectangular spline hole processing follows GB/T1144-2001, and involute spline hole processing follows DIN5480 5482 standard
- Taper Hole
Taper hole processing is divided into 1:5 taper hole and 1:8 taper hole.
- Keyway
Keyway can be processed for hole diameters of 5-95
