Specifications
Miniature Linear Rails Set
Linear guide assemblies are usually composed of guide rails and sliders. Common specifications and models are as follows.
Specifications
Slider Model
The slider is the part used in conjunction with the guide rail, common specifications and models are as follows.
Preload Level
LGW series provide three types of preload: normal gap, no preload and light preload.
1. Normal gap (FZ)
- Preload level: Precision gap (4~10 μm)
- Applicable accuracy level: N (normal level)
2. No preload (FC)
- Preload level: 0 (no preload)
- Applicable accuracy level: N-P (normal to medium accuracy)
3. Light preload (F0)
- Preload level: 0.02×rated dynamic load C
- Applicable accuracy level: N-P

Installation Notes
When installing the LGW miniature guide rails, you must pay attention to whether the condition of the shoulder of the mounting surface is appropriate. For example, if the chamfer is too large, the protrusion will easily cause poor precision of the linear guide rail, and if the height is too high, it will interfere with the slider.
Specifications | Maximum chamfer radius of shoulder | Rail shoulder height | Rail shoulder height
r1(mm) | r2(mm) | H1(mm) | H2(mm)
LGW7 | 0.2 | 0.2 | 1.7 | 3 |
LGW9 | 0.3 | 0.3 | 2.5 | 3 |
LGW12 | 0.4 | 0.4 | 3 | 4 |
LGW15 | 0.4 | 0.8 | 3 | 5 |
