Linear Guide Rail Installation Notes

Installation Notes

When installing the LGW miniature guide rails, you must pay attention to whether the condition of the shoulder of the mounting surface is appropriate. For example, if the chamfer is too large, the protrusion will easily cause poor precision of the linear guide rail, and if the height is too high, it will interfere with the slider.

Specifications Maximum chamfer radius of shoulder Rail shoulder height Rail shoulder height

LGW7 0.2 0.2 1.7 3
LGW9 0.3 0.3 2.5 3
